At Duccasso, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and product availability. You can check your estimated delivery date by entering your PIN code on any product page. Once your order is placed, our team ensures safe packing, timely dispatch, and hassle-free delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping Information

All orders are usually shipped within 5–7 working days through our logistics partners or certified third-party couriers. After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is 7–12 days depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped. For deliveries handled by Duccasso’s in-house logistics team, you will receive a confirmation call one day prior to delivery to ensure availability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected PIN codes.
  • A standard delivery charge may apply for locations outside our free-shipping zones.
  • Any additional charges will be displayed during checkout before you place the order.

Delivery Information

Our delivery partners strive to complete delivery within the estimated timeline. In case of multiple products in a single order, items may arrive separately based on size, logistics constraints, or warehouse location. If you are unavailable during delivery, our executive will attempt to reschedule a suitable time. You can modify your delivery address before the order is shipped, provided the new address is within the same city and serviceable.
